Policy

At FLIK we offer personalized catering services for every event. Daily breakfast, lunch, and snack orders can be ordered online via the CaterTrax website. If you need any assistance with placing your order please contact Kim.Lussier@Compass-USA.com.

When placing your order, please inform conference services if a guest in your party has any dietary restrictions.

In order to best serve you and prevent unnecessary waste, please place our catering orders in advance of your event; by 1 PM 1 business days prior.

Cancellation policy

All Food orders canceled within 48 hours are subject to charge.

Menu prices

Pricing is per guest unless otherwise stated. Some menus require a minimum number of guests to order.

Includes all service labor charges during normal business hours from 8am to 4pm ET.

Additional service labor charges will be applied to events outside normal business hours. Special Event Labor will be $35 per person, per hour (5 Hour minimum).

All prices are subject to a 7% Massachusetts sales tax.

We also offer assistance in selecting specialty rental linens, floral centerpieces, serving ware, and bartending services. Please allow as much lead time as possible to help in making your event a great success.
